Fresh Start Friday is Filthy Britches Laundry’s monthly community program created to support individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Laundry may seem small, but clean clothes mean dignity, confidence, and one less thing to worry about.

Fresh Start Friday is our monthly way of giving back to the community that keeps us in business. Once a month, Filthy Britches Laundry provides up to 40 lbs of wash, dry, and fold for an individual or family who could use a little help.

No paperwork. No awkward questions. Just clean clothes and one less thing to worry about.

Because sometimes life gets messy—and everyone deserves a fresh start.

Every order gives back—5% supports Fresh Start Friday and helps a neighbor start fresh.

How You Can Help

Running washers isn’t free (trust us 😅), but with a little help from our community, we can keep Fresh Start Friday going month after month.

Your donation helps cover:

  • Detergent & laundry supplies

  • Water, gas, and electricity

  • Labor & machine time

  • Pickup & delivery when needed

How Recipients Are Chosen

Recipients may be nominated by the community or selected by Filthy Britches Laundry. We keep things private, respectful, and judgment-free—always.

Transparency Stuff 

Filthy Britches Laundry is a for-profit business. Donations are voluntary and not tax-deductible. Every contribution goes directly toward keeping the Fresh Start Friday community laundry program running.
